I Create Impactful Learning Solutions
My story began at JANWILLIE Enterprise, a small company where I quickly found myself wearing many hats customer service rep, manager, accountant, and trainer. Every day was different, and each challenge taught me something new. What I enjoyed most, though, was training people showing them better ways to work, helping them grow, and watching their confidence turn into results. That’s where I first discovered the power of learning design.
Later, as a special education teacher, I carried that same passion into the classroom. I learned how much impact thoughtful planning, creative strategies, and accessible materials could have on learners who needed a little extra support. It wasn’t just about teaching it was about designing experiences that gave every learner a chance to succeed.
Over time, those two paths business training and inclusive teaching came together in my work as an instructional designer. Today, I design engaging and accessible eLearning using tools like Storyline, Rise, and Captivate, always guided by principles of UDL and WCAG accessibility. From faculty training at the University of Delaware to professional development programs through Korantive Foundation, my mission remains the same: to create learning that empowers, inspires, and lasts.
